AIRTIGHT DESIGN WITHOUT THE NEED FOR A CONSTANT SUPPLY OF AIR
Air sealed arches are airtight, which means you do not have to provide a constant supply of air. Unlike “continuous air arches” (LINK) that need a compressor you just inflate your air sealed arch and the airtight design will keep your arch inflated. This makes them an ideal solution if you need an arch but do not have an electricity source within reach. All air sealed arches contain a pressure relief valve to prevent overfilling of the arch. Once you’ve sufficiently inflated the arch, which you can easily do using a standard electric, hand, or battery pump, the pressure relief valve will simply release any excess air.
FULL-AREA PRINTING BY DIGITAL SUBLIMATION
Our durable yet lightweight air sealed arches consist of a double layer to ensure maximum strength while giving you the option to print the full surface area of your arch. The outer layer is made of high-quality polyester with a strong fibre density of 600D, and this is the layer that is visible and printable. Printing is done by digital sublimation, which does not have any limitations in terms of colour shade or size of the print as 100% of the surface can be printed. The airtight inside layer of the arch is made of highly durable PVC.
